Services offered
Falls prevention and Balance Retraining
We provide tailored falls prevention and balance retraining programs to help improve strength, coordination, and confidence in daily movements. Using targeted exercises, gait training, and stability strategies, we aim to help reduce the risk of falls and support safe, independent living. Whether you're recovering from a fall or looking to improve balance, we are here to help.
Pre-post operative rehabilitation
Recovering from surgery or preparing for a procedure can be challenging. We provide targeted rehabilitation programs to help improve strength, mobility, and function both before and after surgery. Our goal is to optimize recovery, reduce complications, and support a smoother return to daily activities.
Chronic condition management
Managing a chronic condition requires ongoing support and a tailored approach. We help clients with conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and neurological disorders to maintain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy and exercise programs.
Holistic care and tailored exercise programs
Every client has unique needs, which is why we take a holistic approach to care. We develop personalized exercise programs that focus on improving strength, balance, and overall well-being, ensuring each client can achieve their goals in a safe and effective way specific to their capacity and home.
Assessments, plan reviews
We provide comprehensive assessments of mobility, function, and assistive equipment to ensure clients have the right support for their needs. We are able to also conduct plan reviews and provide detailed reports to assist with NDIS, HCP, and CHSP funding and care planning.
Pain management
Chronic pain can impact daily life and independence. We use a combination of hands-on therapy, movement-based strategies, and education to help manage pain, improve function, and enhance overall comfort, allowing clients to stay as active as possible.
